One of the founding clubs of the NSW Suburban Rugby Union, Briars will be fielding 4 grade teams and U21 Colts team team in the 2011, 2nd Division competition,

 

 

Briars rugby is well established as a growing force in NSWSRU competition, winning many premierships and club championships in our 88 year history. Our development of local juniors, key recruitments and the services of highly respected and vastly experienced coaches, we envisage a continued success.

 

Excelling at Rugby is only one of our successes. Our hospitality is legendary and our tours both local and overseas have enticed players from all over to come and play for The Briars.

COLTS - Under 21s


If you are a young aspiring Rugby player who is keen to play for a club that guarantees a fun and competitive environment, then you've found us - Briars Rugby.

Season 2011 will see the BEST ever Briars Rugby Colts U21's team take on the competition and hopefully smash the opposition out of the Rugby park. You will play an important role in a strong and growing club that is also associated with the Briars Family of Sports, eg Netball, Men’s & Women’s Hockey, Squash, Cricket and Lawn bowls.
