Dear Members,
It is with much pleasure that your Board of Directors advise that J.C.Clifford (the Club’s builder), will commence work on the replacement of the clubhouse roof and repairs to internal ceilings.
This work is due to commence on the 30 June 2009 and is programmed for completion in four weeks approximately 31 July 2009, weather permitting.
This first stage of the works is to be funded from the clubs working account and we will not need early redemption of any of our investments.
Your Club Treasurer and General Manager together with the Club’s Finance Broker continue to seek out and negotiate finance for the remainder of the works.
On behalf of the Board and Management of the Club, I would sincerely offer my thanks for your patience and understanding during this difficult period with the roof and ceiling deterioration and trust you will be rewarded at the completion of this work.
A further update will be forthcoming as more building news comes to hand.
